Effect of pH on the Oxygen –Hemoglobin dissociation curve:
CO2 is generated in high concentration in SRS e-CO2  gel and effectively absorbed through the skin. CO2 reacts with water and is quickly converted into bicarbonate molecules and acidic protons according to this reaction:
